What is water ripple panel?Stainless steel water ripple panel is a decorative stainless steel sheet with a three-dimensional texture simulating rippling water waves, formed on its surface through precision calendering or stamping. It combines the durability of metal with a unique dynamic light and shadow aesthetic.

Commonly used materials include 304 stainless steel (for general applications) and 316/316L stainless steel (for coastal, humid or highly corrosive environments); a small number of products use 201 stainless steel to reduce costs.

Continuous or scattered ripples are pressed onto the stainless steel sheet with large-scale CNC embossing or stamping dies, available in small, medium and large ripple sizes. Subsequent surface treatments such as mirror polishing, wire drawing and titanium plating (rose gold, champagne gold, black, etc.) are often applied to enhance the flowing effect of light and shadow.

It is mostly used for wall surfaces, suspended ceilings, elevator cabs and feature walls in high-end commercial spaces, as well as in hotel lobbies, exhibition installations, art installations, high-end furniture panels and other applications.

A: Customers offer CAD drawing or products samples, we will make form anddrawings, send back to customers to confirm, then customers pay to makenew moulds.After testing moulds, we will send test samples to customerto confrim before quantity production.For the regular size new moulds,when you make order up to 5 tons,we will refund moulds cost, the mouldsare in our own.3. Q: How to make OEM?
A: We will sign agreement and customer need to offer us brand authorization,we will product customized products with mark customers' brand on thepackage with requirements.4. Q: How to deal after-sale?
A: Within 15 days after customers receive goods without questions, goodsare seem as pass. If customers find some quality problems, please showclear pictures and let us know the quantity.We will check to confirm thereasons and discuss reparation form with customers if it isour problems.5. Q: How about the payment terms?
A: 100% T/T for new moulds. FOB China port, T/T 30% deposit, 70% balanceis paid before loading.

6. Q: How about the delivery time?
A: With regular production, 20-25 days after receiving deposit.
